SBA LOAN PROCESSING FEE AGREEMENT

This Processing Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Shore Funding Solutions (“Processor”) and the undersigned business (“Applicant”)for the purpose of submitting and processing an SBA loan application.

Processing Fee Disclosure

By signing this Agreement, Applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Processing Fee:  Applicant agrees to pay Shore Funding Solutions a standard processing fee equal to 2.5% of the final approved SBA loan amount.
2. Timing of Fee:  No fees of any kind will be charged, collected, or processed unless and until both items below are met:
   1. The SBA loan is fully approved.
   2. Loan funds have been successfully deposited into the Applicant’s business bank account.
3. No Obligation or Commitment:  Beginning the SBA application process does not obligate Applicant to accept any loan, nor does it lock Applicant into any financing agreement. This Agreement simply authorizes Shore Funding Solutions to begin the SBA application and underwriting process.
4. Other Financing Eligibility:  Applicant may pursue and receive other financing products through Shore Funding Solutions at any time during the SBA application process.
5. Fee Voidance Clause:  If Applicant accepts any non-SBA financing through Shore Funding Solutions before SBA funding is completed, this SBA processing fee shall be immediately voided and no longer owed.
6. Good Faith Authorization:  Applicant authorizes Shore Funding Solutions to submit application materials, communicate with lenders, and perform all necessary processing actions in good faith to pursue SBA financing on Applicant’s behalf.

By signing below, Applicant confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Processing Fee Agreement.
